Standard Warranty

• Warranty is only valid on the condition that the vehicle is serviced as per recommended in the owner's manual at an Authorized Ford Service Center.
• Warranty excludes:
  • Wear and tear items (e.g. brake pad, clutch and wiper blades)
  • Misuse/Negligence
  • Incidental and consequential damages
  • Act of God (earthquakes, floods), fires and other disasters
  • Modifications of the vehicle or any components and parts
  
• Tyres originally installed on Ford vehicle are warranted separately by the concerned manufacturer and not by Sime Darby Auto ConneXion
• Battery failure within the first 6 months or 10,000 km, whichever comes first, will be replaced free of charge and after 6 months will be replaced on a pro rata basis.
• Ford Parts and Accessories Warranty – 1 year or 20,000 km, whichever comes first and MUST be purchased from and serviced by an Authorized Ford Dealer.

All new Ford vehicles come with a standard 3 years warranty or 100,000 km whichever
comes first.

This does not apply to commercial vehicles.
