Call Center – Auto ConneXion Voice
CRM manages and coordinates the Call Center, Auto ConneXion Voice for all its Ford customers who call using the toll free hotline number 1 800 88 3181.
The Call Center is operational 24 hrs 7 days a week, with a dedicated team to handle all calls and assist with providing the following services :-
- General inquiries on Dealerships
- Connects customer with Dealership pertaining to their vehicle concerns
- Provides a 24 hours Breakdown and Towing Service
- For accident cases, vehicle will be towed to the nearest Ford authorised Service Centre
- Sales Inquiry pertaining to Marketing and promotional offers
- Connecting Technical Support team via teleconference for those customers in need
- Forward website inquiries and customer e-mail to CRM for action
