Standard Warranty
- Warranty is only valid on the condition that the vehicle is serviced as per recommended in the owner's manual at an Authorized Ford Service Center.
- Warranty excludes:
- Wear and tear items (e.g. brake pad, clutch and wiper blades)
- Misuse/Negligence
- Incidental and consequential damages
- Act of God (earthquakes, floods), fires and other disasters
- Modifications of the vehicle or any components and parts
Note: the owner's manual book will provide more details.
- Tyres originally installed on Ford vehicle are warranted separately by the concerned manufacturer and not by Sime Darby Auto ConneXion
- Battery failure within the first 3 years or 100,000 km, whichever comes first, will be covered under warranty.
- Ford Parts and Accessories Warranty – 1 year or 20,000 km, whichever comes first and MUST be purchased from and serviced by an Authorized Ford Dealer.
