On board entertainment systems from Ford have been perfected to maximize driver and passenger enjoyment. Across its line-up, Ford is introducing innovative console technologies such as Bluetooth® with Voice Control, available in the all new Ford Fiesta. The system lets you connect wirelessly to your mobile phone and use your voice to make and receive calls, change the radio station or CD track, all without taking your hands off the wheel.

In recent years, Ford has introduced a number of smart solutions to ensure a pleasurable and effortless experience for owners. One such development which is becoming standard across the whole Ford line-up is the Easy Fuel™ capless fuel-filler system which removes the need for a screw cap when filling up with fuel. Other features enhancing the driver experience are auto-dimming rear view mirror, auto on/off headlamps and rain-sensing wipers which come as standard on the Ford Focus and adjust wiper speed automatically to changing weather conditions. SMART ENGINEERING
The new PowerShi six-speed automatic transmission, available on the Ford Fiesta and Ford Focus, combines the responsive performance and fuel economy of a manual, with the convenience of an
automatic, perfect for urban driving. With six forward gears, the engine can run at lower rpms for better fuel economy and less wear and tear. This technologically advanced transmission is normally found in larger, more expensive vehicles. Smart engineering technologies such as Ford’s Electronic Stability Program (ESP) and Traction Control System (TCS) are all also being introduced as standard features on Ford vehicles available in Malaysia.
